New Clients – What to Expect

We are accepting New Clients.  We thank you for your trust in us. Please refer your friends who desire excellent care.

As a new client of our practice, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.  Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect.

Please fill out our New Client Registration Form after you have booked your appointment and submit if to us before you arrive so that we can be up-to-date on your pets needs.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will guide you into an examination room shortly after you arrive.

Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We value your time and endeavor to start your appointment as scheduled.

You may see a Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) first who will take a history, and gather some data for the doctor.  A veterinarian will see you next, examine your pet, answer your questions and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary.  The RVT will summarize your appointment and any care instructions.

A veterinary receptionist will conclude your visit and schedule any needed follow up.

If your pet has been admitted to our hospital, a discharge appointment will be scheduled with one of our RVT’s.  They will fully explain the procedure, any follow-up appointments required, and the administration of any medications.
