Dr. Karlene Hofer obtained her DVM degree (with great distinction) in 2018 from the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Hofer enjoys getting to know her patients and their families and building long lasting veterinary-client-patient relationships. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but has a special interest in feline medicine, neurology and dermatology.
Dr. Hofer moved to Brandon with her husband, Daniel in May 2018, but is originally from Grunthal, Manitoba. Outside of work Dr. Hofer keeps busy taking care of her three mischievous cats – Izzie, Finn and Arthur and her betta fish, Tom Riddle. She also enjoys reading, trail biking, baking and camping.
